What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
The image is rendered quite wrong, here is a picture:

This is only in Direct3D Mode.

What did you expect to happen instead?
That the image will be displayed correctly.

It seems that it works on OpenGL.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Really anywhere in the game, the game is misrepresented as long as Direct 3D is set as the backend.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue?
No.

What are your PC specifications?
OS: Windows 7 x64 (Home Premium)
CPU: AMD A8 5600 APU
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 8400

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?
64 Bit.

Is there any other relevant information?
It does not work on Direct 3D, but it works on OpenGL.

Don't disable EFB.

EFB was on. Off and on, now it works. Magic.
