Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

Dolphin is now banned from custom servers (http://wiimmfi.de/) because it uses the same console identification (not the MAC address) for every player. So custom WFC is now closed for Dolphin users.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Lastest version (4.0-1857).

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

No.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

I don't know if they'd appreciate us giving people the ability to easily change their console ID.

Please dump your own NAND, they did not ban Dolphin. If you get banned from your own NAND, that's not Dolphin's responsibility.

For clearness:
I have not banned Dolphin! That's a lie.

But I have banned cheaters and many of them using Dolphin. And I can't do this without banning people with the same identifiers. I also started an automatic detection system to find things like an automatic MAC changer.

Using an own NAND is the absolute correct way for Dolphin users!
I know some Dolphin users with own NAND and no one has problems to enter Wiimmfi.

If the developers allow to easily change the console ID, I must implement more restrictive rules and more honest Dolphin users will be banned.

That sounds like a very reasonable way to do it. If people who use their console NAND get banned, then it's much, much harder for them to change their console ID/Mac than if Dolphin has built in tools.

The same thing happened on Nintendo's Wifi service. For those who don't have a Wii to dump NAND, then you can blame those who cheated for ruining your fun.
