Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
The update 4.0-2167 made it impossible to press any button in-game

What did you expect to happen instead?
Dolphin is supposed to send the input to the game when a button is pressed

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start any game (Wii or GC)
  2. Verify that you have buttons bound for the controllers and that they're connected
  3. Press a button, no response from the game

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
The version before it (4.0-2148) didn't have this problem

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
CPU: AMD Athlon II 2 X2 240 (2.81 GHz)
RAM: 2GB
GPU: GeForce GT 240

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
I used for input mouse and keyboard, haven't tried controllers

Hopefully will be fixed soon. In the mean time, enabling background input, and setting radius to 99 or lower should make it mostly work.
