When try to activate AR Cheat Code (99 Health)

- Attemped to write to 7ffff84
- Backpatch write not to EAX

- Attemped to write to 0bef0004
- Backpatch write not to EAX
- Backpatch: currently supporting only reads
- Attemped to write to 0bef0008
- Backpatch write not to EAX
- Backpatch: currently supporting only reads
- Attemped to write to 0bef000c
- Backpatch write not to EAX
- Backpatch: currently supporting only reads
- Attemped to write to 0bef0010
- Backpatch write not to EAX
- Backpatch: currently supporting only reads

get unlimited life ;)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Game
2.direct in first playable scene activate the "inf Health" Cheat
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0.2 release
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
- Win 8.1 64bit
- I7-3770
- NVidia Geforce GT640
- 12GB Ram
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Try using the latest builds first and foremost
If not, there are so many reasons that this could fail that it doesn't really belong on the issue tracker until there is more research. You didn't list the cheat code, you didn't try many builds, and it's a cheat code problem, which we already have issues for. Because of that, I'm marking this as invalid (for now)

Ah, I just saw your comment. PAL version is a big deal; most codes are meant for the NTSC versions of games. The cheatcode could be meant for another version. Definitely go on the forum for help!

Thanks just want to add that i use the codes that comes build in with dolphin, that can not be modified or delete.
