What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

when i start the game it opens picture of mickey then freezes(0fps,60vps,100%speed)
What did you expect to happen instead?

1.start game
2.after wii remote screen
3.game freezes on mickey picture

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
yes,2.0 but very slow (15-25 fps)

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
windows 8(86x) 8GB RAM 3.10GHz AMD Radeon r7 240

Please narrow it down further and try the latest development builds.

Boots ok for me with PAL version (SEMP4Q) with both D3D and OGL. Tested with the latest Dolphin 4.0-3367, Windows 7 64-bit, Intel Q9450, Radeon HD 7850.
