Launching every game crashes Dolphin with the message "MemoryMap_Setup: failed finding a memory base"
What did you expect to happen instead?
To load games

- Launch a game
- Crash
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
Dolphin 4.0-4035
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Dolphin 4.0-4031
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Win 8.1, Intel e8400, Nvidia Gtx650ti
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

I am having this issue too.
Windows 8.1 64 bit
Intel Core i7-2600K
GeForce GTX 580

Also having this issue, even with 4.0-3037.
Windows 8.1 x64
AMD Athlon X4 750K @ 4.1GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7770 GHz Ed.

Just to be sure, I checked and 4.0-4035 is indeed the revision causing the issue. 4.0-4031 doesn't have this problem.

https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/1484 should fix it.
