What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
If I move dolphin from one disk to another, run some game, try to save or close dolphin it will say that can't write memory card with at the old path

What did you expect to happen instead?
I expect emu will use relative path to memory card files when portable.txt exist

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download some latest version and extract it to disk C.
  2. Create portable.txt.
  3. Run emu once, save some game and exit.
  4. Cut emu folder and paste it to another disk
  5. Run emu from new place, try to save some game or start some game and stop emulation.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
5222

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
I don't know and making dolphin to use relative paths is way easer than bisecting all versions. It's not some graphics glitch that is hard to understand why happens.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
