Dolphin compressed download size increased to 14.7MB from 4.9MB

Description
Starting with 4.0-5306, the compressed download size has increased 3x to 14.7MB instead of the previous 4.9MB in 4.0-5303. 4.0-5308 reverted the change in 4.0-5306, with one of the stated reasons being "Large increase in download size (5MB -> 15MB, and that's compressed size...)". However, the download size was not reduced as a result of the reversion. This issue persists through the current revision (4.0-5323).
This doesn't affect the user experience, just wanted to make sure you guys were aware the reverting the change didn't actually reduce the download size. Thanks for all your amazing work on Dolphin!

The reason for this is due to the build directory not being cleaned after the revert.

Should be fixed in next release build.
