What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Between loads the screen turns completely beige momentarily.

What did you expect to happen instead?
For this to not happen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Game.
  2. Observe between loads.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-5616

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Yes, I haven't bisected this issue, yet. I will give the specific build later in the comments.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 8.1 Intel HD4000 integrated graphics card

50% chance this is a settings issue, and 50% chance this is an Intel HD issue.

Anyone wanna take bets :P

It goes without saying that I can't reproduce this on my computer (Core i5 3570K, GTX 760, Windows 7) I really hope this is an issue in Dolphin that someone can fix rather than something that is on the drivers end in all seriousness.

My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 210 and I get this on occasions too.
I use the Project M Netplay ISO though, not sure if there's a big difference.
