What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

Can't reset wii emulation.

What did you expect to happen instead?

Wii emulation should reset when I select "Emulation" > "Reset"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load game (I believe any wii game will work).
2. Press A or Start or whatever to get to the main game menu.
3. Exit fullscreen and use the Dolphin menu to select "Emulation" > "Reset".
4. Emulation continues without being reset.
5. If you play a gamecube game it seems to work fine, but wii games won't reset.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Latest development version and 4.0.2

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

I tried the latest development version, one from 3 weeks ago, and then I tried 4.0.2. None worked.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

windows 8.1, i7, radeon r9 200 series
