Description

Plugin_DSP_LLE is

  1. disabled for build and
  2. set to Release | x64
    when attempting to compile the current trunk version as Release_JITIL | Win32.

Unless there is a reason behind this, i suggest to fix this to prevent
failing binaries with the JITIL build.
