What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch any Dolphin revision 2937 or later
- Run Luigi's Mansion. I use default graphic settings
- Try to watch any cut scenes in the game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see video during cutscenes. Only see Blank screen
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 2937 and later. Windows XP & Vista Ultimate. 32 Bit
