Description

The Crop feature often seems to crop out a little too much of the screen in the games I play, so I wanted to request the ability to enter a custom crop size. The user could probably just enter a set width and height for the crop and maybe even where the crop is centered e.g. middle, top-left etc.

This could also help to crop out any garbage sprites that can often surround the edges of the game screen in certain titles.

This sounds like a reasonable request. Could help with games that have black bars on the top/bottom/left/right too.

Not sure how the "crop" functionality of Dolphin works, especially if/how it causes scaling.
I'm wondering if this feature could be used to crop-off letterbox bars, like in Resident Evil 4, to avoid having black bars on all 4 sides on wide-screen TVs?
