Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

Crashes at the transition in the beginning where the steamboat trip transitions to rougeport. "The screen where the game's title appears". Look at attached file.
Expected it to transition to the next part of the game, but it crashed.
Tested on Dolphin 4.0-6142 dev build
Tried on a matter of older 4.0-5XXX - 4.0-6XXX versions, still didn't work.
