Game Name?

Metroid Prime

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Some objects in the game like doors, Samus arm-cannon and visor elements are blinking. Arm-cannon may become totally invisible.

What did you expect to happen instead?

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

4.0-6800

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

it works well on the stable 4.0.2 version

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

Windows 7 x64
Intel Core I5-4430 3.00 Ghz
8Gb DDR3 Ram
Geforce GTX 760 2gb

Not able to reproduce on 4.0-6743. I'm not updating to very latest master due to a EFB bug that got introduced. Please ensure this bug happens on single core, as it sounds like you're doing something a bit weird with syncing.

Are you using some unofficial branch or anything as well? Latest master has the bugged commit reverted now.
