Description

Game Name?
Any.

Game ID?
Any.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Pretty much as the title says. Dolphin shows black screen and hangs whenever I press Escape in exclusive fullscreen in D3D.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Normal stop of emulation, closing of the render window.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Select D3D backend.
  2. Start any game or homebrew.
  3. Enter fullscreen mode.
  4. Press Esc on keyboard.
    Done.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
It started from 4.0-6021 to current latest 4.0-6953.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Yes, 4.0-6018 and older.

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
OS: Win7 SP1
CPU: Intel Core i3-3120M
GPU: Optimus (GeForce GT645M+Intel HD4000)

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
There's no need in that, I think.

Same here; I just came here to enter this myself. PMTTYD requires Direct3D, and every time I close it, I have to Ctrl+Shift+Esc to terminate the Dolphin process.
