What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

at initiation it was running slowly but after just opening graphic configuration panel it would immediately run normally again

What steps will reproduce the problem?

starting the game after starting the emulator

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

5.0-rc-33 and 4.0-7842 to some below
in past, some older versions i tested months ago, the game ran slowly but i didn't try to open the graphic configuration while game running

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Opening up the graphis menu overrides necessary settings to make the game run properly. You're turning off some (demanding) setting by opening up the graphics menu. While the game may apparently run fine (better) right now, you'll eventually get to some part of the game where graphics/effects/etc. won't work properly, which is why the settings are forced that way in the first place..
