So, I have a sd.raw file that I want to start utilizing for netplay. But, I'm very paranoid about files being written to it during offline use. There's no built-in way to disable writing to the sd card.
CWII_IPC_HLE_Device_sdio_slot0::OpenInternal() will only attempt to read the file in read/write binary mode (r+b).
