Description

Game Name?

All games with Direct3D backend

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Most games i played with direct3D backend, have a FPS drop sometimes (I think that the shader cache is the cause) but this doesn´t happen with OpenGL backend.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run for example Super Mario Galaxy 1 PAL, you´ll see diferences between OpenGL and D3D when some new effect comes in the screen, like the entrance in any level.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Happens all the time, stable or development versions (Tried too the Directx12 new dolphin version)

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
i7 4790k 4.4 Ghz
8GB ram DDR3
Samsung EVO 840, 250 Gb SSD
Nvidia GTX 970
