Description

The LLE plugin is really great project it fixes hangs of script in RE:UC
so it playable now, De Blob runs very nice ingame, Fatal Frame 4 fix
cutscene action stop now ingame too all this things are broken by r3099
please take a look

Here's more info the problem is in the 118th line of Source/Core/DSPCore/Src/
gdsp_condition_codes.cpp if return it to before r3099 condition everything would be
fixed, but it seems r3099 bring speed increase in LLE plugin working, so to before
r3099 condition the speed will be like before 3099 too

It's not the issue, the code in 3099 is the right one,
We need to set the flags using the different commands

but i know that line 117 in r3099 *now's line 118 in Source/Core/DSPCore/Src/
