Description

Game Name?

All games are affected by this error, including Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Spider-Man, and Spider-Man 2.

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

As soon as the emulation begins, an error will exclaim, "GPU: OGL ERROR: Does your video card support OpenGL 2.0?"

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Begin any game with the emulator, both GameCube and Wii games are affected.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Versions 8921 and before are completely functional, but PR #3636 in update 8926 seems to have broken the OpenGL renderer.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Intel Core i3-6100, XFX Radeon R7 360, Windows 10 Home, 16 GB DDR4 RAM

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Once the game enters, all text begins flashing and distorting, with objects disappearing and the games generally becoming unplayable.
