HUGE boost gameplay speed (not fps), stupid as vodka, somtimes break music.
Tested on Soul Calibur 2 pal (some op-codes errors on "namco" screen, but
ingame speed like rocket on 15fps), Burnout2pal (work perfect).
I think, if refine it(need at least: a continuous adjustment depending on
the fps and correction frame limiter), may get something usable.
