What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When exiting a game, Dolphin will Crash to Desktop if the game was being controlled with a Steam controller.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Set up Steam Controller using XBOX 360 Bindings (It appears to Dolphin as an XInput device), start a game, then close the game.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

5.0, 5.0-103, 5.0-116, Unknown when it stopped working.

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Core2Quad Q8200 @ 2.33Ghz, nVidia 750 Ti SC (EVGA), Windows 10, 8GB DDR2.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Tell me what you need to help debug this, I am not sure where I would find dump files if they exist.
