on some Mario Party 8 gameplay places it turns the low quality texture parts to high quality parts a couple seconds later, it was 1920X1080p resolution for my dolphin emulator

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

The stabled version of 5.0 only

It looks like it's using some kind of framebuffer copies at various points. Are you using Store EFB Copies to RAM?

@JMC4789 theres no efb copies to ram anymore its replaced with scaled efb copy setting which fixes most of the low quality textures, I didn't enable it earlier thanks.
