Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
On recording a TAS which uses a Wiimote, the inputs do not start recording until the wiimote is detected by pressing a button. When trying to playback the TAS, no inputs are played until the Wiimote is connected by pressing a button.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Record a movie file with any Wii game which uses the Wiimote
- Stop recording after making some inputs
- Play back the recording you just made
- Watch as no inputs are played until you press a button on the Wiimote
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Turns out it's more of a general issue, with my current assumption being an issue starting from 5.0-2449.
