What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
By using the widescreen gecko code on the wiki, the code "works", but Vulkan doesn't update the window size correctly and keeps it at 4:3
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Widescreen Hack: off
The screenshots are the following
- The game with cheats OFF
- The game with cheats ON (note the distortion)
- The game with cheats ON on GL. Works fine.
