On the loading screen that reads "Stage 01 Iron Gate" (screenshot attached), Dolphin freezes and then eventually crashes. The crash is sometimes in VertexManager::vFlush (OpenGL) and sometimes in Renderer::SwapImpl (OpenGL).

I had a hard time taking a screenshot because it seems to screw up the window manager compositor. The attached screenshot was taken just before the compositor locked up, but is visually identical to the screen when it crashed (including the graphics statistics).

I ran this with "Enable API Validation Layers" and it still crashed.

I get this behavior on 5.0-2637 and 5.0-2361 (though the earlier version advances a little further graphically, starting to display the HUD, before it crashes). Dolphin 5.0 does not exhibit this error.

I'm running macOS 10.12.1 with a built-in Intel graphics card. Neither Dual-Core nor Cheats are enabled.

Bisect says this is caused by 23b0fae: OGL: Use VideoCommon blend state for framebuffer configuration.
