Memory break point won't be hit.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Run specific game
- Set memory breakpoint (read) to 0x80000000 (it has game id)
- resume emulation
- memory breakpoint won't be hit at all
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

this problem doesn't happen on 5.0-2012
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

It seems memory breakpoint works if it is set before booting the game and this issue occurs on all games.
and found another issue. If new memory breakpoint is set and stop emulation and boot the game again, error message "MemoryMap_Setup: Failed finding a memory base." appears and dolphin crashes.

I got it reproduced on 5.0-2695 using a windows 10 virtual machine, but for some reasons, it doesn't happen on my arch linux.

I tried 5.0-2692 and 5.0-2695.
The issue doesn't occur in 5.0-2692 but it occurs in 5.0-2695.

Fixed in 4.0-2957 (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/b2ab713ad93f8734fc65e104f4dc6c1c9a3e9411/). The other issue with the error message was fixed separately in 5.0-2979 (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/08351aa3344afb1cb4872f9bd6b16ac281d12a01/).
