Dolphin.exe stopped working

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Problem starts at 5.0-2779 and persists in current version (5.0-2811)
Problem doesn't happen with 5.0-2777 and below

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Radeon R7 265, Athlon X4 860k, Win10 x64
