All n64 virtual console games (but not gamecube games)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Download any dolphin build from 3008 onward and launch a n64 virtual console dump.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
