What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

On a first run, after having said yes to analytics gathering, the checkbox in the configuration is unchecked. It is fine on the next runs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. rm -rf $XDG_DATA_HOME/dolphin-emu $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/dolphin-emu
2. Start dolphin-emu.
3. Answer yes when asked about statistics gathering.
4. Go to the Config window.
5. Observe that statistics gathering is unchecked.
6. Close Dolphin.
7. Open Dolphin again.
8. Go to the Config window.
9. Observe that statistics gathering is now properly checked.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
