What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When the TAS Input dialog is open, it is always on top of other programs, even when not focused, and hides part of them.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the TAS Input dialog. Open any other program. The TAS Input dialog should be on top.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

UPDATE: selecting the TAS Input window and pressing CTRL+ALT+ESC fixed my problem. But I still think this is a bug that should be fixed.

This was fixed with the switch to Qt in 5.0-7062.
