What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When progressing through the game normally, the game will suddenly stop and crash at a cutscene. It'll throw a whole bunch of error windows before ultimately crashing and closing. This crash is not listed anywhere on the game emulation wiki nor this site. I have included the save and the save state to test on your setup.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Progress through the game like normal, it'll crash. I have provided the save file and the save state that is closest to the trigger. Once screen fades to black to reveal Riverside station, it'll crash there. The crash will happen before the black fades away to the next scene.

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
I've been playing with hard mods, texture packs, and widescreen hacks. However, I've disabled all of those features when troubleshooting.
Here is the Mega to download both the Mem.raw and save state. https://mega.nz/#F!xLQRlJAD
