What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
Dolphin fails to load Baten Kaitos Origins' banner properly and displays blank in the game list. When you open the game's properties from the game list and go to the filesystem tab, it also displays blank and gives no option to extract the disc. This only affects disc 1, disc 2 works fine still.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Purge game list cache in master.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
I had this happen in the PR but I bisected from when the Windows builder went down anyways to confirm it was 5.0-4636.

Every two disc has this issue with one of the discs.

Thanks for the report. It's fixed in 5.0-4668 (https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/d6dd0e4687bbb8b92448829808d9043e6bfb861a/), but you'll need to purge the game list cache to have everything show up correctly in the game list (unless the last version you generated a cache in didn't have this broken).
