What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When the game itself starts after you've selected a level, there is a bloom/halo effect on the top and left border of the screen. This effect lasts during the whole game until you've finished the level and go back to the menu.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Simply start the game and enter a level.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer
The problem I experience is the same as in this video:
https://youtu.be/Oyw01LVmplU?t=4m
This video is from Dolphin version 4 and presents other problems I'm not experiencing, the only common issue is this very visible halo/bloom border on the left and the top.
What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
Windows 10, processor Intel(R) Core i7-6700K CPU@4.00Ghz, RAM 16Go, graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
I tried OpenGL and Direct 3D, native resolution and x3, and the problem is the same.
BTW, amazing work from every Dolphin participant. Thank you.
