Any game in general. Tested with Pokémon Colosseum (PAL) and Super Smash Brothers Melee (20XX Mod, NTSC)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Textures missing and effects failing with Ubershaders.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Simply play the games. Even some intros are broken.

Yes, it's broken on version 5.0-5328 (latest version at the time of report). Already present in version 5.0-5075

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No. Latest stable version is 5.0 which doesn't have Ubershaders.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

Probably since the introduction of Ubershaders. Oldest tested version with Ubershaders is 5.0-5075.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. Made a 7 frame fifolog and tried to do it while it was loading, since the issue could be due to loading errors (but that's just an uneducated guess).

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Intel Xeon-E3 1241v3

16GB DDR3 RAM

NVidia Geforce GTX 1080Ti

Windows 10

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

Settings at minimum (1xIR, no AA, 1xAnisotropic, force texture filtering unchecked, 24-bit color unchecked, scaled EFB copies unchecked), EFB hacks unchecked, Texture Cache set at Safe and GPU Texture Decoding enabled, XFB set at Virtual. Only happens under Vulkan with both Hybrid and Exclusive mode, although it is easier to see when using exclusive mode.
