Vulkan implementation is broken on linux when Vertex Rounding is enabled on the graphics settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use Vulkan backened and check Vertex Rounding in graphics options then run the game and go on and start a duel.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No,no vulkan bakcened supported in latest stable version and opengl with Vertex Rounding works just fine

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

Fx 8300 ,R7 240 ,Archlinux x64

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,

Since he doesn't say if he compressed his image or not it could still be valid, since the MD5 changes for Wii games when you do that and it is unrecoverable by decompressing, unlike GC games.

on AMD + Windows it works. But I've seen people saying Linux + Vulkan has issues...

Issue is only with Vulkan+Vertex Rounding.Uncheck Vertex Rounding and vulkan renders properly,but it is slow.

No it's been fixed sometime last year,everything works fine with mesa+vulkan+vertex rounding on recent amd gpus, thx for asking.
