Description
Game Name?
Nintendo Channel
Game ID? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab)
HATP01
MD5 Hash? (right click the game in the game list, properties, info tab, MD5 Hash: Compute)
The channel is not in my game list, but only in my Wii menu. Therefore, I can not calculate the MD5 checksum.
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
For Dolphin, the Nintendo channel displays an error message that does not appear on a real Wii. (Tested with my Wii). Screenshot attached (in german).
Translation of the error message: The system file of the Nintendo channel is faulty. Please delete the Nintendo Channel from the Channels Management screen first and then download the Nintendo Channel again from the Wii Shop Channel. Please visit support.nintendo.com if this message persists.
I have performed the specified steps, but the message will still be displayed afterwards.
My Wii does not display this error. Here is another error message. Screenshot attached (also in german).
Translation of the error message: WiiConnect24 is not available at the moment. Please try again later. Error code: 107304
I also had my NAND checked at Dolphin, but no problems were found.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Download the Nintendo Channel from the Wii Shop Channel. Start it, select "OK", choose "OK" again, select "OK" again, select "Activate commercial messages from this channel", select "OK", select "Accept" and choose "OK" again.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Yes, 5.0-6895
Is the issue present in the latest stable version?
I have not tested, because I do not want to damage my NAND.
