[Qt] "Render to Main Window" option no longer works

Description

This option works in old the GUI (DolphinWx.exe), but doesn't work in the new default GUI :( Whether the option is checked or not seems to make no difference, the game is always rendered to a separate window from the GUI. Here's my setup:

Dolphin 5.0-7125
Windows 10 64-bit
Nvidia GeForce Driver 397.31
