Using Dolphin 5.0-7129 on Windows 10 64-bit.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the Qt GUI (Dolphin.exe)
2. Click "Graphics", and check all 8 boxes under "Other" (Show FPS, Show NetPlay Ping, etc.)
3. Exit Dolphin
4. Reenter Dolphin - all 8 boxes should still be checked
5. Uncheck all 8 boxes
6. Exit Dolphin
7. Reenter Dolphin

Expected behavior: All boxes remain unchecked, as per step 5

Actual behavior: 2 of the boxes remain checked: "Auto-Adjust Window Size" and "Keep Window on Top"

If you perform the above repro steps with DolphixWx.exe, you get the correct behavior (settings are persisted).
