As per $SUBJECT, allow silent auto update after closing Dolphin.
Use case: starting Dolphin with a command line argument to load a specific game; with auto updates enabled, the game is interrupted with the update popup window; with silent auto update, the game would load as usual, then, after closing Dolphin, the update happens.
Similar to: Citra silent auto update option.
