What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. When moboshi game starts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
lower 1/2 screen viewable only

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3739 for Win XP32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
The older version 3552 did not do that, despite that it shakes when dual
core mode is off and putting on "real FXB". I did not try other versions to
see when it happened.
