I usually play Dolphin while recording with OBS, so in order to have the output appear correct in Dolphin and in OBS, I need to make sure the window is of the right aspect ratio. Auto-adjust Window Size sort of does this, but as I'm on a 1080p monitor, the size of native res is too small and that of 2x native is far too big.

I'd like to see an option like MAME's Maintain Aspect Ratio option, where the aspect ratio of the window will remain the same through resizing of the window. It should also be possible to, for example, change the aspect ratio to 21:9 manually, then enable the MAR option and correct the size of the window while maintaining the correct AR.
