Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. This option is needed for the NTSC version of Resident Evil 0 (you may
consider renaming the option so that people know that) and also other games
    (see below)
  2. The option still works on the 32bit version
  3. This option fixes the stuttering sound in the menu and the ingame music
    of RE0.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Similar behavior of 32 and 64 bit versions. It used to work that way just a
few revisions ago.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested on r3789. Vista x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
This hack fixes also the following games:
Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 (Fixes no audio in intro movie)
Dragonball Z: Budokai (Fixes an issue where audio cuts out in intro movie)
Resident Evil Zero, Remake, RE4, and possibly others (Fixes the issue with
ingame audio/bgm cutting out)
Possibly other games too.
