Dolphin Forums - Unable To Login Or Create New Account

Description

I have tried logging into my account on the dolphin forums (forums.dolphin-emu.org) but when I log it in always redirects me to a page that asks me to change my email. I have even tried to change it (even though I do not want to change it) and it tells me my email address is now allowed.

I also tried creating a new account and it will reject my email address.

My email provider is tutanota.
