Must be a very old issue, maybe already reported, but since I didn't find anything about it, I wanted to report that in NBA 2K13 the crowd at the border of the field is flickering and you can perfectly see what I mean in the official Dolphin 4.0.2 Wiki video https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=NBA_2K13

Start a quick-game and see the flickering crowd

Since the video was taken with Dolphin 4.0.2 I think this issue has always been there since ages...
