What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start a game (mario galaxy)
2.enable the opengl fps display
3.go ingame and watch the game + fps
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the fps counter displays steady 60 fps in spaces like the observatory/level
hub of mario galaxy. but the real fps are clearly drastically below that
value.
