[Android] AR, Gecko and OnFrame sections get deleted when overwriting Gamesetting.ini files

Description

Whenever you overwrite a game's settings.ini inside Dolphin on Android and Android TV, the ActionReplay, Gecko and OnFrame sections get deleted.
This is particularly annoying with Twilight Princess, as it requires an OnFrame code to fix performance on Hyrule Field.
