Dolphin + Android + Dolphin Bar

Description
On Nvidia Shield TV (running Android TV) with Dolphin Bar, plus newesest android, or even the newest android nightly, 4 out of 5 times launching games loads a black screen then goes back to an unresponsive Dolphin Game selection screen.
When you hit the home button, and then return to dolphin, it is responsive, but it does the same thing everytime until a full reboot.
This only occurs with the Dolphin Bar enabled. Without it, it works fine, but who wants to use Dolphin without Dolphin Bar - especially on an Android TV.

It's NOT just Android TV, but full android as well that this occurs on.

After speaking with another Dolphin user, it seems my issue very likely may be related to the one here.

That PR attempts to address much more than one thing. Which part of it are you referring to?

It has to do with how Dolphin handles controllers and switching to them on Android.
