What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When using genuine wiimote and dolphinbar, the cursor will drop in and out, stutter, and otherwise lag badly in SMG1 and SMG2 when "Enable Speaker Data" is unticked. This is opposite of what it says to do in the compatibility wiki (https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Mario_Galaxy), which suggests unticking to prevent some 'starbits' lag. In the present case, starbits have nothing to do with the stuttering, stuttering occurs on all game screens at all times with the exception of the home screen menu when home button is pressed. If speaker data is enabled, the problem goes away.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Setup working wiimote and dolphinbar in SMG1 or SMG2 with "Enable Speaker Data" ticked. Game will work fine. Then untick to disable the speaker data and the cursor will stutter in SMG1 and SMG2 on virtually all screens.
